Comtec, the leading travel technology company has partnered with Mobile Travel Applications specialist, Cloudworks Solutions to deliver a fully integrated mobile solution for the Comtec client base.
The Application has been designed so that each individual Comtec client can have their own unique mobile brand with realtime connectivity into their client booking record. A consumer will be able to view their booking details, make a balance payment and purchase additional extras, including transfers and airport extras.
Comtec Sales Director, Richard Turner said, " We saw an opportunity for our clients to use a mobile application, not only to service their customers once they had booked their holiday, but to enable the agent/operator to increase the opportunity to up-sell extras. Mobile technology is not Comtec's core strength so we decided to choose a partner, who had not only had demonstrated delivering mobile Applications , but also had a proven track record and experience working in travel.
