We've been asked to conduct a number of usability studies over the past 12 years but we still find that we learn something new everytime. The delivery of services through the web changes on a weekly basis and it is a constant challenge to recognise how best to adapt.

Very few projects are exactly alike and so we spend time to analyse your overarching business objectives. Once that has been achieved we embark on planning and target setting. Monolithic development is rarely appropriate and so we typically develop incrementally to benchmarked goals. Regular review sessions are recommended to ensure targets are being met and that the solution, as it unfolds, is still meeting your business objectives.
The delivery process for the services Cloudworks provides breaks down into a number of fundamentally important steps. Testing of any solutions we create (whether product or through bespoke services) is carried out internally against appropriate test plans. We then hand over agreed designs, functions or solutions and guide you through the UAT process.
